Terms and Conditions for Dumpster Rental

WASTE MATERIAL

Customer represents that all materials placed in the containers to be "waste material" and contain no other substances.  The term "waste material" refers to solid waste generated by the customer excluding radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic or hazardous.  The term "hazardous material" refers to, but is not limited to, any amount of waste listed or categorized as such per the United States Environmental Protection Agency.  Title to and liability for any waste excluded above shall remain with the customer, and the customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CAN MAN CARTING from and against any and all damages, penalties, fines and liabilities resulting from or arising out of such waste excluding above.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

No liquids/solvents
No dirt
No paint, except dried cans
No propane tanks
No asbestos
No lead paint material
No household garbage
No chemicals
No freon
No equipment containing gas or oil
No biohazard or medical waste

DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING AREAS

Customer warrants that any access/location provided for the Contractor's equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service.  Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or sub surface or any route reasonable necessary to perform the services as contracted.  In addition, Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to lawns, fences or shrubbery.  Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement or road surface, lawns, fences and shrubbery.  It is the customer's responsiblility to make CAN MAN CARTING aware of any underground utilities which might be affected by taking delivery of the dumpster/container.

RESTRICTIONS & FEES MAY APPLY FOR:

• Air conditioners
• Tires
• Refrigerators
• Freezers

Please note: It is against the law to put hazardous or toxic waste into a container.  Any toxic or hazardous waste becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Subject to applicable law, CAN MAN CARTING has the right to change service, pricing and fees without notice.
